In step 3 of the wizard, ensure that the Use IP Address Pools checkbox is selected then click the pencil icon next to the IPv4 IP Address Pools field. In the Address Pools popup that appears choose the already created address pool.

For Group Policy, you can choose the default DfltGrpPolicy or create a new one by clicking the + icon next to it. Click Next.
